Refunding Of Digital Products:

There is no refund of digital products (Domain, Hosting, Institution Fee and Services …etc) only Hardware item refundable if:

• Products Broken or Technical issue.
• You submitted a complaint within 24 hours.
• Your item must be in original packing.
• Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase
• If any one of its parts, not damage
• If the return or complaint submitted within 12 hours (After receiving)
• If the Hardware is not hurt by the electric shock
