Refunding Of Digital Products:
There is no refund of digital products (Domain, Hosting, Institution Fee and Services …etc) only Hardware item refundable if:
- Products Broken or Technical issue.
- You submitted a complaint within 24 hours.
- Your item must be in original packing.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase
- If any one of its parts, not damage
- If the return or complaint submitted within 12 hours (After receiving)
- If the Hardware is not hurt by the electric shock
